She nodded and agreed. "I suppose you do, after all that work," Zanna said, flicking her finger over the video tapes and DVDs. "How about we watch...SuperMan? I haven't seen it yet, but I just bought it. 'Cept I heard it sucked..." she asked, louder at the beginning of the sentence than at the end of it. |

"Sure sure. Cool beans."He said pushing himself up and cutting the oven off. "Popcorns done... And not dead!"He said smiling. He flipped it a bit just to make sure ir wasn't burned. "Oh oh, good choice seeing as I'm a hero."He said chuckling.

"Yea! Neither of us are dead or seriously injured, we have a movie ready, and we've got popcorn! You seriously are a super-hero. I know it," she said, looking inquisitively at him as she stalked into the kitchen. "Do you want any butter?" she asked, opening the fridge to take out a water bottle for herself. "Or water? Or soda? Or...anything?" |

"I'm good. Maybe a soda, I'll drink anything just hand me something please. And I don't care if we have butter. I'm content with anything you want."he said doing a jig. "Made it out alive! No injuries! No missing eyes! Yes, I'm a super hero!"He smiled triumphantly and stretched carefully with the popcorn.

"Yes, having all of our bodies still intact is always a good thing," Zanna agreed, tossing him a water bottle. It wasn't any super-special kind of water, just Aquafina. The cheap stuff you could get out of the 50cent soda machines. It was her favorite kind, though, so that's why she got it. She wasn't really into the whole Evian thing. "Woo!" |

"Woo cubed!" she exclaimed, then shook her head at what a dork-slash-geek she was. Perhaps she hadn't noticed it before, but she was pretty geeky. Or. Something that resembled it. "Aw. Not all of 'em pointedly ignore you. Just some of them," she said, sounding reassuring as she flopped down upon the couch and twisted open the cap upon her bottle. |

"Haha. We're such geeks."He said following her to the couch. "Yes they do! Its not like I'm handsome or anything."He said frowning as he sat down on the couch opening his bottle and taking a drink of it. Then putting the lid back on. "Whats better, a movie, a bottle of water, popcorn, and a best friend?"He asked smiling.

"Oh yeah right. Stop kidding yourself, Antony. You're adorable. So. Yea, just. Yea," she said, not knowing what the say to conclude the sentence. "I'm not sure. Maybe if...the couch was more comfortable, but other than that, I think this is a pretty good set up," she said, looking around herself then pushing the play button. Ignoring the previews, she sipped on her water again, then closed it off. "Donde esta el popcorn?" she asked, reaching over without looking and trying to grab some. |

"I'm not kidding myself, I'm not adorable, you must be blind!"He said holding the popcorn up so she could reach. "The couch is plenty comfortable. And clean. Wow, new feeling for a couch to be... Clean. Its a great set up!"He said smiling.

"Antony, if I thought you were ugly, you'd know it by now. I promise," she said, looking over at him, then taking some popcorn. "Yea. I don't really like dirty couches. I just recently cleaned mine...it had a whole bunch of gross stuff on it," she said, pulling a face. Leaning closer so he could hear her, she whispered, "The movie's starting," then pulled away once more. |

"Really now?"He asked rasing his eyes brows. He giggled at the whole couch thing then fell silent when she told him the movie was starting. Good thin he hadn't seen this movie before or he'd be up and walking around. Thats what he normally did at a repeat.

"Yes, really," she said softly, eyes now focused solely on the TV. She only looked away to take the occasional drink of water or handful of popcorn--it actually tasted good, too. Not only had he made it, it didn't taste horrible. And good tasting popcorn is...awesome. |

He finally broke down and tasted the popcorn which he soon found to taste good. He swallowed then grinned. "Ohmydeargod I could be a chief!"He whispered smiling. He hadn't taken his eyes off the movie yet.

"Yes! Open up a restaurant and only sell popcorn. And...well, whatever else you can make," she said, sounding almost excited, then quieting down to watch the movie again. Settling deeping into the couch, she got comfortable and almost even tired. But not quite. Not quite yet, anyway. |
