At times, Alex over did himself; and now was one of those times. He had the table, peaceful and calm; with a single rose as a center-piece. He didn't make it too much, but it was a first date and he wanted to make it special, so that if they did get something serious they'd have something to remember. Plus why would he risk losing such a intelligent, down to earth girl. She was everything he had ever wanted, beautiful, considerate and well more then that. He didn't have an obession about her, it's just hard to believe he met someone like that..His thoughts were odd, and he knew this but when you are reaching the point in your life when you realize you found someone that could lead you to that dream life you wanted since you were little. Then you would take that advantage too. The point was, he liked her...although he did think way too much.
The weather out side wasn't that great, it was nasty; more like. The sky was tinted ash, dotted with fluffed clouds releasing little lighting..all was of a beige color dimming New York. Snow gathered through out the sidewalks and tree tops, people crunched through it as they traveled past it. Some people didn't mind, others loved it..and then you got those mean old farts who would complain the whole time walking. On the other hand; Alex was just glad he was dressed for the weather. His muscular torso was gentally covered by a cloth, button up, blue and white striped polo, revealing abit of the undershirt that was placed underneath. Although the shirt covered his arms; considering it was a long sleeve, The leather, tan bracelets shown recently bought from American eagle. Wrapted around his waist, with some boxers showing, and held by a brown leather studded belt were ripped and destroyed denim jeans. At his size 12 foot, were his american eagle style tan shoes with not-noticable smudges among it like; any other shoe.
He was excited for this date, for some odd reason. He awaited for Kerstin; elbows propped on the table and hands connected in boredom.

Deep breath, this was it. Kerstin tugged gently at the door handle with a pale hand and stepped inside the gorgeous restaurant. It truly was beautiful, and Kerstin felt a warm vibe when she had walked in; but maybe that was because it was a nasty day outside. Approaching the stand in which a tall, skinny woman had occupied, Kerstin smiled towards her and spoke her name, “Kerstin Vought and Alex...” she had just then realized she hadn’t known his last name. Sure, he had most likely written it down on the slip of paper from the night before, but she hadn’t really taken a look at the name, just the number. She shrugged it off her mind when the lady had perked up with a smile and had whispered for Kerstin to follow her with a gesture of her hand.
With a light nod, Kerstin followed after her, fidgeting nervously with her handbag. Some might say Kerstin had gotten a little too dressed up, but she didn’t think so. Her elegant, petite body sported a little black number by Chanel. The neckline hung low, and Kerstin thought it was appropriate for the occasion. She wasn’t here to impress him, after all, hadn’t she already if he had asked her on this date? On her feet were a pair of black, open-toe heels and as for the jewelry? Well, she had none, none except the small chain around her left ankle. That was it. Kerstin’s hair was just as it would be on any other day; simply down, letting her natural curls and waves cascade down her back.
After a short walking distance, Kerstin was brought to the table in which Alex had occupied with only himself and a single rose. She was in awe, he looked great and the rose was thoughtful. She smiled at him, taking a seat opposite of him and placing her handbag at her side. “Thank you.” She said to the kind lady, who seemed to be happy for the two of them, but Kerstin only grinned at her as she walked away with a wide smile of her own. Letting her eyes fall back on Alex, he smile remained big as she glanced over him. “You look nice.”

Gentle music played softly in the backround; it was a fancy place. Small bells rang at the door as someone had entered, pushing his eyes toward the door he saw Kerstin. She was even more lovely then the whole restaurant; could ever be. She was dressed properly, and well gorgeous. Alex shot a smile toward her with a wink of the eye. It was alright to be playful right. The table was set, and well had a warm welcoming to it; in hopes she'd like the rose. As she was led over to the table He sighed trying to get alittle less nervous. He had gotten this far, how bad could he be. It was obvious she was a natural beauty. It wasn't that he had a thing, for her appearance; that didn't even matter much. Maybe it was what caught his eye; but her personality counted way more.
Taking his hands off the table, he gave her a warm smile. "You look amazing..." he said; in awe. She was completely amazing . He seemed clingy, but really he was not he just knew that if a girl was good enough to fit your defintion of perfect; why couldn't you tell her.? Either way, it was her that gave him goose bumps.

Accepting the compliment with a dazed smile, Kerstin got comfortable in her seat, propping her elbows atop the lovely table and resting her chin on her hands that over-lapped each other. So, it might have been a yucky day weather wise, but here, with Alex in the restaurant, made up for all the troubles that seemed to down Kerstin. So, then she tried to find out what she really liked about this boy. Yes, his personality was one of many and she loved it, but there was something about him that made her heart almost flutter from its rightful place. She couldn’t place her finger on it though, but she was sure she’d found out by the end of the night.
“So, what does this place have to offer?” Kerstin asked, glancing away from Alex and picking up a menu. She slowly opened its flaps, scanning its many words with interest. Of course she had known what this place did offer, she had been here before, but the question seemed appropriate. She was even sure of what she wanted, but she’d still try her best to look interested in the menu, skimming through the various meals, appetizers and desserts.
Eyeing the written format of her ‘usual’, Kerstin looked up from the menu and back at her date. “What are you going to have?” she asked him casually, eyeballing the menu again after her question was asked.

Alex flipped through the menu; as well as the girl. He actually was unsure of what he might order, considering he hadn't been to the place well over a month now. He rarely ate meat, not because he didn't like it; only because it wasn't that grand for you. "Um, not sure yet..there is alot of good thing though." he replied; looking up from the menu to the girl a few times."I think I might get a Coq Au Vin" he paused; keeping his finger on the label underneath it. "It is Chicken baked in a cast iron pot with red wine, mushrooms and bacon" he explained; it sounded quite filling. "And for a drink, I will get some wine. what about you, what will you be getting?" he questioned; interested.
He propped his elbows on the table as well, and connected his hands boredly, but interested in the girl. He hadn't known her for long; but she was rad. She was like the girl that never seemed to exsist. How would he be so lucky, to get a girl like this?; who knows.

Hmm, his choice was nice; usually what her father would order. She had never tried it, but it had always looked good. She’d stick to her usual though, the Le Tagliatelle Pulcinella, which consisted of pasta ribbons with mushrooms, garlic, tomato, and cream. Just then, the waitress came by and asked if the two were ready to order. Kerstin nodded, well, she was, and he seemed to be also. “I’ll have the Le Tagliatelle Pulcinella and a water, please.” She stated to the waitress, closing her menu and placing it at her side with a smile, looking back at Alex as the young lady had.
She was content with her choice, and his seemed to be good too, not that she was expecting a taste or anything. And he wanted wine, hmm, sophisticated? It was almost...sexy. She liked it and smiled. “Actually, I will also get a glass of wine, also. Any kind.” She spoke quickly to the waitress, though her eyes remained on Alex with a wide grin present upon her face. The waitress nodded, jotting down her requests then turned to face the boy once more.

Alex smiled at the girl, she had great tastes in food. Looking up atthe waitress; he smiled friendly. "A Coq Au Vin please, and for a beverage um.." he paused thinking of what type of wine he wanted. "Pink..wine please." he said, stating his favorite wine type. Kerstin looked so lovely tonight, it wasn't even breath-taking it was ..like wow. She was dressed to kill, it was awesome.
As the waitress walking away, alex smiled at Kerstin. "You are ..." he said with a pause thinking of the right words. "Awesome." he said; it was lame but he lost his train of thought. She really was though.

Kerstin leaned forward in her seat, her arms falling gently onto the table and her hands joining together. “I’m glad I am awesome, you’re a pretty cool kid yourself.” She teased him with a toothy grin. It then hit her though. The thing that made her heart jump, skip a beat, whatever you wanted to call it. It was his smile. He had the most beautiful smile that she had seen in a long, long time. It was...gorgeous to some extent, and she was flattered to have him smiling at her so often. “You...have a really nice smile. Your teeth are really white too.” She commented, though it came out a bit wrong. Hmm, his teeth were white, nice to know.
She closed her eyes briefly, taking in what she had just said to him. She chuckled lightly before re-opening them and continuing, “Well, you know what I mean.” She defended herself, laughing softly once more.

Alex sighed. "I have to confess something to you Kerstin.." He said; with a slight smile. "I'm a complete different person then I usually am without you." he admited; truthfully. Well it was the first date, and if you wanted it to expand to many afterwards, you gotta tell the truth. He rubbed his chin in deep though then stopped, releasing his hand onto the table before him. "I'm like a spunky dick when I'm not around you. But when I am around you I'm calm and I can see you in my future; usually I'm never this serious but really. It's true" he said; his smile turning abit into a frown.
Of course not a sad frown, it was a honest smile. He didn't mean to be clingy on the second time of meeting with her but he couldnt help it; she was different then the rest he had dated. She was out there, and well-put together.
He connected his hands once more, alittle more mature each time. Was it wrong that he liked her? alot.

‘A spunky dick.’ That was an interesting choice of words. It made Kerstin laugh though; many things did. But did she really care that that was his true, well being self? Or was his ‘well-being’ when he was around her. In some amount of way, Kerstin needed this all proved to her. If the two got into a serious relationship, would she be able to trust him? At this point, the second time seeing each other, she was unsure, but she didn’t expect herself to know, not just yet. “Well, considering I have an older brother, around your age, I am kind of used to guys like that. However, I’m happy to hear I somewhat...change you.” Kerstin said, a bit of perkiness in her tone of voice.
Well, if the two wanted to be open and honest, like they should be, Kerstin might as well share her part. “So, I guess this is my timing to come all out, huh?” she giggled. “Um, I am usually more of the independent type. It bothers me to some degree when people want to ‘help’ me. I find my own enjoyment in writing. Not poetry or story writing, just basically jotting down ideas, thoughts, anything that comes to mind. I was always like this, I used to be carefree and loud, obnoxious, and most likely annoying, but I was still a good kid. My mother helped me with that.” Oh, life story, lovely. At some point, Kerstin would tell Alex about her mother, but she thought she’d hold off till the right time. It’d also be almost like a...test. She only told /some/ people about her mother, only people who meant a lot to her. If she felt she could tell Alex, then she could trust him, that wasn’t right now...not yet.

Alex smiled at the girl. He really did like her, but she couldn't possibly have the same feeling for him. She was the type that didn't trust men, it seemed like. He folded his hands over reach other and just stared at her with awe. She was completely gorgeous nobody could even deny that.
"So, I can see that" he teased while taking his hands off of each other. Should he make a move? Oh was it abit too soon?..Oh well he might as well go in for the kill right?
As soon as he was about to go in for a kiss, the waitress came back with the two's plates and wine. "Here you go darlings" she said, setting them down...having no clue she had ruined Alex's plan. Oh well "Enjoy" she said; while walking off, and her annoying heels clicking behind her loudly. Sitting back up he looked at Kerstin with a smirk. He leaned in for a kiss hoping he wouldn't get shut down...completely.

As a plate, splattered with her choice of meal, was set in front of her, Kerstin smiled back at the waitress for what seemed the tenth time. She caught Alex’s smirk and watched as he started leaning towards her. Wow, she wasn’t expecting a kiss, at least not over dinner. Yeah, she could see him making a move after they had left the restaurant, but she was kind of...embarrassed. Yeah, maybe others would think it was cute, adorable, all of the above, but Kerstin wasn’t ready to go public on it. She wanted their first kiss to be special...private even.
With these feelings and thoughts running through her head, Kerstin turned away, causing his lips to peck at her cheek, just like they had the night before. Leaning back slightly, Kerstin eyed him with a smirk of her own. She wasn’t mad or disappointed, but she’d rather the moment be more...sentimental. She hoped he would understand. If not she’d just show him. It was her time to add a bit of a twist to the night.
Reaching across the table, Kerstin grabbed hold of Alex’s arm, standing from her seat and tugging at it gently. Stepping closer to him, she let her lips near his ear and whispered a soft ‘come on’ into it. She then backed away, a smile present on her lips. Where was she taking him? He’d find out shortly, that is, if he chose to follow her.

Alex's cheeked turned red as she denied the kiss. Oh well. Maybe she wasn't ready for it all. He sat back with a smirk of his own, but alittle disappointed. As she grabbed his arm he smiled, where was she taking him? Who cared...He'd just follow. As she whispered, he felt a chill go up his spine. She was sexy; he as a guy could not deny that.
She was so ..outspoken and shocking. It was pretty awesome not ever knowing what she'd do next. Following her; he smirked happily.

With the acceptance of him following behind her, Kerstin led him towards the bathrooms--a small hallway. She had grabbed her handbag before she started the lead, to be sure no one would take it. The two drew eyes as she pulled him along side of her...she knew it. She didn’t let her eyes fall on any of the on-lookers though, they could stare all they wanted, but once Kerstin had the two in that hall, it’d be only them, or so she hopped. Turning a corner, Kerstin eyed the restroom doors, but did not enter either of them. Instead, she turned to face Alex with the same smirk she had back at the table.
“Okay, kiss me.” She stated with a spice of attitude. Okay, so she wasn’t acting much like herself, but at this point she didn’t care. She knew she liked him, and obviously there was something he liked about her. Now, the two were alone, well, close enough, and she would kiss him. It might not have been ‘romantic’, but if he wanted it, he’d go for it...right?

Alex smiled as she led him into a bathroom hall. It was cute..she was cute. 'Kiss me' she added alittle spice to it ..that was pretty cute too. She was a spunky girl, Alex loved it. Well, wouldn't that be a great thing to tell when someone asks them where their first kiss was .. he'd just answer joyful with 'in a bathroom hall.' it was great!
He softly glidded his hand across her jawline, and slowly leaning his head down he kissed he passionately. Of course he had to lean down a ways, due to his tallness. "Your cute" he teased as he leaned in for another kiss.
